Cambridge Court Apartment Information

Minimum term:

The minimum term is usually six months. A lease (a binding contract) is required to be entered into.

On arrival you will pay a bond to the Government Bond Authority, and is equal to one months rent. That is repayed in full on your departure, assuming: cleanliness, no damage and the rent being up to date.

Security:

EXCELLENT SECURITY provides a 7 day-per-week live in Caretaker and Building Manager on Site.

Electricity and water:

Electricity and water are extra, and each tenant deals direct with the supplier, so that the cost depends on how much you use. Most seem to use about $10.00 per week in total.

There are no extra fees charged.

There is a common room, laundry and roof garden.
